This Training is based on A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) – 5th Edition from PMI® (Project Management Institute),USA and divided into the following topics :

  • Project Management Overview – This chapter covers general information about Project Management, introduction to A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) – 5th Edition, and implementation of Project Management in specific industries .
  • 10 (Ten) Knowledge Area of Project Management – It covers the knowledge area of Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project HR Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management and Stakeholder Management.
  • 5 (Five) Project Management Process Groups – It covers the area of Initiating Process Group, Planning Process Group, Executing Process Group, Controlling & Monitoring Process Group, and Closing Process Group.
  • Earned Value Management and Project Plan Development
  • Project Management Case Studies – It covers project simulation using Project Management templates, technique, and tools.
